With the tablet audience growing daily, Toys “R” Us has created a child-friendly device called “tabeo”. The tablet uses the Android Ice Cream operating software and comes pre-loaded with over 50 games and ebooks. “tabeo” will offer its own marketplace in the Android store with over 7,000 apps available for download. For parents concerned with their children tapping into the internet and social space by accident, the tablet does come with parental controls.
