The Department of Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) in the UK is targeting teens, ages 15-18, with the hopes of decreasing the national rate of teen pregnancy and STDs. As a solution, the organization developed “thmbnls,” a 22-episode mobile soap opera designed to teach safe sex. Teens can go to the mobile site to watch the series and chat with the cast and other viewers.
