Next week, Orangetheory is bringing an augmented reality (AR) experience to Fargo, North Dakota in order to promote their partnership with the Wonder Woman Run Series.

Throughout this two-month campaign, current and prospective Orangetheory members can point their smartphones at coaches, insignias and signage in order to make training tips, videos, ads, logos and holograms appear on their screen. The gym chain is making this experience possible through Imagination Park’s AR platform. Attendees at the event will also have the chance to win memberships and other prizes by participating in a scavenger hunt.

By leveraging AR in their campaign, Orangetheory has the opportunity to further engage current members while gaining awareness and providing a memorable, interactive experience for other runners at the event who may become interested in learning more about the gym.
